Shiatsu promotes fertility by relaxing the body and increasing blood flow and circulation throughout the body. Shiatsu is also a non-invasive therapy that helps reduce stress, tension, anxiety and depression by leaving you relaxed and calm.

Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and founded on the same theories as acupuncture, this pressure stimulates the body’s own natural healing abilities by regulating the autonomic nervous system. It uses kneading, pressing, soothing, tapping, and stretching techniques and is performed without oils through light, comfortable clothing.
